Our laboratory focuses on the biomedical applications, especiallybiomedical devices and system based on mechatronics (a multidisciplinary field of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering). We are developing novel technologies such as a computer assisted surgical system for precision treatment, diagnostic method to visualize lesion, and navigation system for conducting advanced surgery. We are also doing vasic research for investigating the response of biological cells,tissues and body by using precision measurements and manipulation techniques.
